All rates include a 5% sales tax. In order to guarantee your booking(s), a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged.

Travelers may cancel booking(s) after booking, but shall bear the following fees:

1. Cancellation(s) that are 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged with a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation(s) that are 10 to 13 days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit.

3. Cancellation(s) that are 7 to 9 days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit.

4. Cancellation(s) that are 4 to 6 days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 60% of the deposit.

5. Cancellation(s) that are 2 to 3 days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 70% of the deposit.

6. Cancellation(s) that are 1 day prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 80% of the deposit.

7. Cancellation(s) that are on the day of arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit.
