Check in & check our time?

The check in time is 15:00, and check out time is 12:00(noon). If you arrive early, and the room is not ready, you may deposit luggage in the hotel and check in when returning.

How to arrive Via Hotel Loft?

【From Taoyuan Airport to Via Hotel Loft】 Take 1819 bus and get off at Ambassador Hotel. Walk along Zhongshan N. Road and turn right at Mingsheng E. Road and you will find the hotel entrance.

【From Taipei Station to Via Hotel Loft】 Take MRT(subway) red line toward Dantsui direction, get off at Shuanglian Station exit No.1, turn right and walk 5 ~7 minutes.

【From Songshan Airport to Via Hotel Loft】 Take 617 bus and get off at Zhongshan Elementary School. Walk along Linsen N. Road toward Mingsheng E. Road. Turn right at Mingsheng E. Road, walk 7 mins. link to map

Do you provide airport pick up?

Yes. Please email us and we could help to order airport pick up.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not offered. There are some traditional Taiwan breakfast shops nearby you would be happy to try. Our staff could offer the information.

How to pay if booking through your official website?

Hotel will pre-auth the whole room rate from your credit card on 14 days before check-in to confirm credit card is useful and hold your room. You can choose credit card or cash to payment when you check-in.

Is the booking cancelable? How do you charge?

According to Taiwan’s regulation, if the guest cancels the booking 14 days prior to arrival, no cancelation fee is charged. If cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival, partial fee of the deposit will be charged. You may find the detail information of proportion charged in this link: Accommodation Rules. If the cancellation is based on natural disaster such as Typhoon, there is no cancellation fee charged.

Any payment for delayed check-out?

Delayed check out will be charged fees. Delayed check-out for more than 3 hours may be charged for 1 night.

Could we deposit the luggage after checking out?

Yes. You could deposit the luggage for free on the same day of check-in and check-out. However, please kindly be reminded to take the valuable articles with you as we may not be able to watch out the valuables for you.

Can I smoke in the room?

The hotel is non-smoking in room and in public area.

Any promotion for official website booking?

Yes. The Via Hotel official website offers best price for members. Please come to visit the official website from time to time.

What if there is no room to book on the official website?

Please email us directly, we could try to find reserved room for you (if any).
